What It Is Actually Like
Work Hard, Then Actually Stop & Have Fun
We run a full calendar of stuff that has nothing to do with stamps or stickers. Culture Olympics. March Madness. An Easter egg hunt. A Memorial Day BBQ. Summer Stride. A Halloween celebration. A Christmas Party. A handful of other social and offsite events through the year. Company wide volunteering is built into the calendar too, not left to whoever happens to have a free Saturday.
We call each other Holmies. That's not a nickname we picked for fun, it's the closest word for what this place actually is, a family that happens to make things for a living.
None of that is why anyone stays. People stay because the work is real, the owners are in the building, and a good idea from the production floor can be running by the end of the month.
