Very good quality product

The badges were very nice - well-made and good customization. Customer service and ordering was not smooth. I had to go through a lot to make a change to an error in my order. They corrected the issue quickly and finally did let me know that they did. Chat bots - not helpful. I can read that info on my own. I requested a call to correct my quantity ordered, but got an email with a cancellation without explanation, so I thought they canceled the whole order. Why wouldn't I? After I inquired about the email I got, they responded that I still had the correct order in the works.
