We are expanding our growing company to the Philadelphia Market! HC Brands is based in Jacksonville, FL, as well as having production facilities in West Chester, PA! We are currently hiring machine operators to join the Operations Team. We make products for the medical industry, sports teams, schools, government agencies and thousands of other customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced, multi-faceted work environment and is willing to maintain a high level of output with a dedicated team.
Shifts:
Monday-Friday – First Shift with open availability for earlier starting times and swing shifts, based off business needs. Weekend shift required based on business needs.
7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

What you will do:
- Operate computer controlled electro-mechanical printing, cutting, and engraving equipment.
- Sort, prioritize, and complete work orders to optimize efficiency.
- Perform preventive maintenance to include cleaning, inspection, and lubrication on equipment.
- Organize inventory and supplies to ensure high machine utilization and work order flow.
- Assemble, package and ship orders as needed.
- Examine assembled items to ensure defect free shipments.
- Analyze work orders for special assembly instructions and customization.
- Receiving, unloading, and arranging inventory items appropriately.
- Suggest improvements to make the work environment safer and more efficient.
