Someone who can grow our current capabilities that will set the direction for our fulfillment center network for the next several years. We are looking for an experienced and results oriented leader who will oversee all aspects of our fulfillment and logistics network including our three existing fulfillment centers located in Jacksonville Florida, Salem Massachusetts and Austin Texas. We are an entrepreneurial business with a cool, high-tech atmosphere, and freedom to experiment.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Drive business performance through effective leadership and management principles.
  • Partner closely with our Marketing and Sales organizations on product development.
  • Build a culture of excellence within our fulfillment center network.
  • Lead facilities planning activities that insures that our fulfillment center network capacity stays ahead of our sales growth
  • Lead a group of Fulfillment Center Mangers and grow their skills
  • Build a culture of excellence within our fulfillment center network.
  • Be the Holmes “Lean” Champion for the entire organization and drive a culture governed by proven Kaizen principles.
  • Negotiating major equipment purchases, facility leases and freight/logistics contracts.

    JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum five years’ Sr leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics and or product role.
    • 4-year College Degree
    • Dynamic personality who can build trusting relationships within all levels of the organization and create and sell a vision
    • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of building high performing teams.
    • Outgoing, Positive and Engaging personality with high levels of Emotional Maturity.
    • Mature, outgoing, positive, and engaging personality; strategic, analytical, creative thinker
    • Data driven decision maker. Very good with numbers.
    • Lean and or 6 Sigma certified. Black Belt preferred
    • Goal orientated; ability to stay focused on delivering results
    • Leadership experience at high-performing company with revenue of $50 million or more
    • Experience managing teams of at least 10 or more dynamic individuals
