We are looking for an experienced and results oriented leader who will oversee all aspects of our fulfillment and logistics network including our three existing fulfillment centers located in Jacksonville Florida, Salem, Massachusetts and Austin, Texas.

Fulfillment Center Leadership

· Ensure compliance with occupational and safety regulations

· Drive business performance through effective leadership and management principles.

· Responsible for all Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations, including staff management, budget (P&L), inventory control/analysis, receiving, assembly, and shipping on-time, in-full.

· Partner closely with our Marketing and Sales organizations on product development.

· Grow our manufacturing capabilities that can expand sales opportunities.

· Lead facilities planning activities that ensures that our fulfillment center network capacity stays ahead of our sales growth.

· Lead a group of Fulfillment Center Managers and grow their skills by coaching and mentoring

· Partner with our Head of Merchandising and oversee our raw goods replenishment planning process.

· Be the Holmes “Lean” Champion for the entire organization and drive a culture governed by proven Kaizen principles.

· Negotiating major equipment purchases, facility leases and freight/logistics contracts.

· Implement strategic initiatives with the goal of optimizing the distribution, warehouse, logistics, and operations team in terms of costs, efficiencies, and quality

· Maintain continual focus on safety, quality, productivity, inventory accuracy, while establishing procedures and/or work instructions to ensure the efficient operation of the FC’s

· Identify gaps in existing systems and processes, proposing solutions that improve operational efficiency

· Develop inventory targets to achieve optimal stock levels

· Establish and track progress of strategies and objectives for the department

Skills

· Minimum five years’ Sr leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics and/or product role.

· A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent

· Experience implementing LEAN, Six Sigma certified, Black Belt preferred.

· Effective managerial leadership skills, promoting positive coaching and mentoring of staff

· Dynamic personality who can build trusting relationships within all levels of the organization and create and “sell a vision”

· Strategic thinker with a proven track record of building high performing teams.

· Outgoing, Positive and Engaging personality with high levels of Emotional Maturity.

· Ability to lead and hold people accountable for daily results around safety, productivity, and quality

· Data driven decision maker; able to analyze problem, determine root cause and implement corrective actions

· Goal orientated; ability to stay focused on delivering results

· Leadership experience at high-performing company with revenue of $50 million or more

· Experience managing teams of at least 10 or more dynamic individuals

· Strong customer focus with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure

· Highly self-motivated with a track record for taking initiative and driving change

· Able to motivate teams and individuals to deliver results, drive change, set demanding targets, while creating a positive work environment

· Experience and knowledge working in Warehouse Management Systems (ERP, SAP, etc.)

· Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) with demonstrated leadership capabilities

· Strong computer skills with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
