We then manufacture and ship them from one of our 3 fulfillment centers located in the United States. We are looking for an individual that can manage and grow a great online experience while developing an assortment strategy of personalized goods across our Marketplace Channels.

We are looking for our latest marketing team member - the SEO Analyst! The SEO Analyst must be passionate about SEO and keyword data! This person will mine our data to find trends and opportunities for our organic traffic growth. This person must be highly proficient with Excel and have a passion for math, charts, graphs, reporting and data storytelling. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to tell stories with data and use these reports to provide informed advice for SEO next-moves.

Using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, SpyFu, and aHrefs, The SEO Analyst will view, understand and organize countless charts and tables rich with data about our websites. Daily, the SEO Analyst will monitor such dimensions as:

· Rises and falls in organic traffic and Google rankings

· New traffic opportunities and keyword coverage gaps

· Unique entrances to our websites

· Time spent by visitors on specific pages

· Demographics of website visitors

· Traffic acquisition types and sources

· Marketing campaign successes and failures

The SEO Analyst will also:

· Keep up with Google algorithm updates and latest best practices for SEO

· Work closely with developers to continuously improve our core web vitals

· Research keywords and communicate effectively with the product & merchandising team

· Work with the larger marketing team to find gaps in traffic coverage and reporting

· Decide what kind of new articles, service pages, product pages, graphics, and videos our websites need to help customers engage seamlessly with our business

· Improve website rankings by creating new content or repurposing content

· Help minimize code so the content is crawlable

· Understand and implement improved site hierarchy

· Provide general UX improvements to our websites

· Suggest new products or areas of business to go after

· Prepare reports that look at the KPI data regarding the performance of our websites

· Observe relationships between page visits and interactions, pair that data with engagements, and explain how all the pieces fit together

Ideal candidates for the SEO Data Analyst position have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO analysis, have a marketing degree or related experience, and should also be proficient in:
