Shifts:
Monday-Friday- First Shift with open availability for earlier starting times and swing shifts, based off business needs. Weekend shift required based on business needs.

We are expanding our growing company to the Philadelphia Market! HC Brands currently has locations in Jacksonville, FL, Austin, TX, Salem, MA & new to West Chester, PA! We are currently hiring machine operators to join the Operations Team. We make products for the medical industry, sports teams, schools, government agencies and thousands of other customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-paced, multi-faceted work environment and is willing to maintain a high level of output with a dedicated team.

What you will do:
- Assemble, package and ship orders accurately
- Organize inventory and supplies to ensure steady flow of orders
- Examine assembled items to ensure defect free shipments
- Analyze work orders for special assembly instructions and customization
- Receiving, unloading, and arranging inventory items appropriately
- Suggest improvements to make the work environment safer and more efficient'
