Our latest opportunity with the company is a Marketing Coordinator! The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the coordination of Marketing Team Tasks for the ecommerce sites and marketplaces. They will Report to the Brand Community Manager and help with Marketing projects, initiatives, and campaigns.

Position Responsibilities

· Responsible for managing daily operations of the email marketing channel including: email content production, contact strategy, list management, segmentation, QA, deployment, testing, and optimization, as well as analytics and reporting

· Plan and execute the promotional calendar for the brands

· Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes

· Ensure mobile friendly email template and designs

· Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling

· Report sales revenue generated from email/SMS Text marketing efforts

· Report on channel performance metrics to include open rate, unsubscribe, etc; as well as performance of overall promotional campaigns

· Partner with category managers to develop and ensure we are incorporating product development strategies into our communications

· Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

· Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies and optimize campaigns based on learnings

· Think outside the box to identify, recommend and test new strategies for reaching customers through email or other push mediums for marketing (e.g. SMS)

Experience

· Demonstrated a high capacity for time management , organization and project management abilities

· Obsess over the details, wording, and look of your work

· Familiar with Social Platforms including but not limited to; Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

· Knowledge of CRM Tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics

· Knowledge of best practices for creating email templates, dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, drip campaigns, and CAN-SPAM Laws

· Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
