We are looking for an experienced and results oriented leader who will oversee all aspects of our fulfillment center located in Jacksonville, Fl. - Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Lead teams with expectations of high efficiencies, productivity, and safety.
- Implement strategies in alignment with company’s strategic vision and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to their team.
- Recruit, manage and develop team members.
- Support LEAN strategies to enhance operations and integrate into the daily operations
Skills
- Minimum five years’ leadership experience in manufacturing.
- 4-year College Degree
- Dynamic personality who can build trusting relationships within all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of building high performing teams
- Outgoing, Positive and Engaging personality with high levels of Emotional Maturity.
- Mature, outgoing, positive, and engaging personality; strategic, analytical, creative thinker
- Data driven decision maker. Very good with numbers.
- Lean and or 6 Sigma certified.
- Goal orientated; ability to stay focused on delivering results
- Leadership experience at high-performing company with revenue of $50 million or more
- Experience in quality control and best safety practices
- Experience managing teams
