Job description
We are looking for a handy and driven individual to oversee and perform all building and equipment maintenance tasks in our Jacksonville office. The right individual will roll up their sleeves, get their hands dirty and keep our facility and equipment maintained at a high level. We need a take charge individual who will manage our facilities and equipment as if it was their own.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and building maintenance tasks. Includes light construction, painting, and janitorial work. 45%
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly standard maintenance of production equipment including laser engravers, printers and other production equipment. 25%
- Assist in the selection and management of outside vendors and contractors. 15%
- Other duties as assigned 15%
Skills Required
- Take charge and own it style.
- Proactive problem solving ability.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in building maintenance, HVAC and or construction trades.
- Strong communications skills with ability to communicate to all levels
- Proven track record of managing outside vendors and contractors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
