Ecommerce Product Specialist

At HC Brands, we are passionate about selling custom products. Here you will work in an exciting fast-paced environment loading new products and designs for those products, ensuring great customer experiences on our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with multiple areas of the business especially multiple Site Managers, SEOs, and Designers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Create and maintain the SKU creation and management SOPs that document the standards for the organization.

· Build new products/SKUs using ArchiType, NetSuite, and the Magento content management system.

· Map SKUs between systems and build the bill of materials for NetSuite assembly SKU creation.

· Manage changes to current products/SKUs in ArchiType and Magento related to inventory, price and user experience updates.

· Configure option selection and build product wizards to optimize the user experience, maximize revenue and conversion.

· Setup, manage and update company stores for business customers.

· Become the subject matter expert for products listed on all sites/platforms (through time and training).

· Work independently and self-manage tasks to meet team priorities.

· Team player - work and communicate well across several other teams, being helpful, solution based and interacting with other team members as needed.

· Be part of an agile team - shifting and sharing responsibilities as the role demands.

· Being thorough and detailed is critical to this role.

· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Experience / Skills Required

· High school diploma or GED required

· Excellent data entry & typing skills required

· Strong experience working with Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel

· Excellent organizational skills – ability to prioritize – multi-task oriented

· Experience working in an e-commerce environment especially in regard to product information/details

· Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication (written and verbal) skills

· Basic HTML knowledge desired
