We are looking for an individual that can manage and grow a great online experience while developing an assortment strategy of personalized goods across our Marketplace Channels

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quarterly Category Reviews & Product Performance analysis
  • Weekly Site Performance email
  • Monthly Sales Plan by brand
  • Assortment Planning by category
  • Consumer Data & Insights to improve product placement and drive sales
  • Manage all aspects of online store to optimize sales and drive online strategy- category structure, top nav, product hierarchy, filters, product sort, price changes, CMS pages
  • Drive organic traffic to sites with SEO team resulting in increased sales
  • Drive traffic to sites with paid and email marketing resulting in increased sales.
  • Develop campaign strategies by site to drive business and traffic resulting in increased sales.
  • Facilitate cross functional strategies for MPs & Amazon.
  • Own category sort based on sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketplace competition for designated sites.
  • Manage existing product clean up on sites with product specialist and photographer to improve listings and user experience
  • Drive product strategy and sales with Social Media manager.
  • Site merchandising to optimize shopability and maximize revenue.
  • Partner with CFT on new product launch details.
  • Shipping cost analysis and strategy.
  • Keep track of successful strategies, ask questions and find opportunities and pain points to improve

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • • At least 2 years of experience with product purchasing, design and or merchandising experience preferably in an ecommerce.
  • 4-year College Degree in Business, Marketing or Product Development required.
  • Intermediate experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe PhotoShop or CorelDraw
  • Dynamic personality who can build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization and create and sell a vision.
  • Outgoing, Positive and Engaging personality with high levels of Emotional Maturity.
  • Strategic, analytical and creative thinker
  • Acute sense of brand and customer insight
  • Goal orientated: ability to stay focused on delivering results
