We are looking for an individual that can manage and grow a great online experience while developing an assortment strategy of personalized goods across our Marketplace Channels.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace Growth & Strategy

  • Plan, develop, and implement our strategy for Amazon marketplace to promote the growth of the business while maintaining agreed upon gross margins through leveraging the various seller programs (SFP, FBA, Small & Light, etc.,)
  • Continuously oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon Algorithm research, and product search rankings to ensure maximum exposure of our product across the channel
  • Driving incremental revenue through data using a strong analytical approach through various Amazon reporting tools and dashboards
  • Create best-in-class Amazon catalog pages with a focus on SEO (titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and keywords)
  • Manage, create, and monitor all keywords for Amazon and ensure the accounts are on path to hit monthly/yearly goals around budget and optimized to reach company ROAS goals
  • Experience with setting up A/B testing models and analyzing results
  • Prepare, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business performance updates; allowing necessary parties to review results and evaluate any necessary changes to the business forecast
  • Stay up to date and constantly be curious on all changes to the Amazon platform, and selling programs that may align with the overall goals of the company
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve service metrics and overall customer experience/feedback for Amazon customers to ensure high seller ratings

Product Curation and Assortment

  • Monitor and make pricing recommendations and updates on all Marketplaces as needed to ultimately achieve company goals and other margin related goals
  • Collaborate with our Product Development team to identify opportunities for new product variety and categories to drive incremental growth
  • Run daily sales reporting of marketplaces and ecommerce tidentify top sellers and trends for products and categories across Amazon and other marketplaces. (Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, etc.)
  • Translate consumer segment data & insights into specific category assortment, merchandising, advertising/promotions, and pricing strategies while maintaining gross margin goals
  • Identify current and forecasted trends to assist with inventory considerations and forecasting around Marketplace inventory
  • Partner cross-functionally to integrate our marketplace strategy with wider marketing efforts and business initiatives

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • At least 5 years of working Amazon marketplace listings, designing and running strategic ad campaigns
  • 2-5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA/SFP is required
  • Ability to manage and drive performance of an Amazon Account with an emphasis on managing the advertising campaigns across a vast portfolio of products
  • 4-year College Degree in Business is preferred
  • Comfortable with presenting data and incorporating it into reporting across multiple levels of the Company
  • Dynamic personality who can build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization and create and sell a vision
  • Outgoing, Positive and Engaging personality with high levels of Emotional Maturity
  • Strategic, analytical and creative thinker; able to create and develop new methods for improvement
  • Acute sense of brand and customer insight
