At HC Brands, we are passionate about selling personalized products. The Account Coordinator is an integral part of the B2B team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the sales team.
Who we are looking for:
- Maintains accurate customer database. Sets up AT accounts for new customers and manages data entry in Sales Force, filtering leads to sales team.
- Pulls weekly sales reports from Sales Force, identifies gaps and opportunities, presenting it to manager
- Supports sales team with manual execution of orders, if applicable, and assists customers with online orders whenever possible
- Creates artwork for new customers including web-image ready files and AutoTypeSet files; follows proper SOP for getting portals set up for customers
- Creates new prospect sales packages. Creates artwork, works with production on samples, writes letters, and includes marketing materials as directed by the sales team
- Demonstrate a continuous commitment to process and personal improvement
- Remain flexible to perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
- Processes remakes, troubleshooting artwork or issues, behind the scenes investigation on orders or customer issues
- Occasionally identifies prospects for new business or existing growth potential accounts
- Supports sales team with other administrative functions as necessary
- Proficient in Corel Draw
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite
- Friendly, positive attitude with “do what it takes” mentality.
- Possesses grit, curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and challenges the status quo
- Collaborates with the team in a constructive and meaningful way.
