Ordered a Navy blue with silver etching custom design tumbler this for a friend stationed in San Diego. Original delivery date stated as 1/30 when I ordered in mid Dec. Given the busy holiday season I was total okay with this, plus they had the expected delivery posted all over the website so I set my expectations accordingly. Much to my pleasant surprise, it shipped right after the holiday and my friend received it the first week of Jan. The tumbler itself has very crisp linework, & the customer service dept even modified the art I submitted so it would produce a higher quality design. 10/10!
